He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaiah Woods and Sarah Woods; and his siblings, Ethel Mack and Isaiah Woods. He is survived by: his friend Woody; his wife Patsy Woods; his daughters, Patricia Mayers (John) and Paula Woods; his grandson Anthony Woods; and his brother John Henry Woods (Margie) of Fort Worth, TX. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many dear friends.
He inherited the church visitation team from former Deacon Roosevelt Mosley as the team mission was to visit the sick and shut-in members at their homes, hospitals, and nursing homes bi-weekly until the pandemic began in 2021.
