She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas "Tom" Crostic; her parents, Melvin Jagielski and Patricia F. Jagielski; and her brother Paul Jagielski. She is survived by: her children, Christopher Crostic (Sarah) and Kathleen Crostic; her grandsons, Jacob and Wyatt Crostic; and her siblings, Kathleen Powell, Mitchell Jagielski (Mary Clare) and Tony Jagielski.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, November 13th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at 12820 Long Green Pike, Hydes, MD 21082.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial contributions be made to Friends of Acadia, in honor of Ann and Tom's favorite trip together (https://friendsofacadia.org).
