She was predeceased by : her parents, George Ollie and Mary Gertrude Coombs; her siblings, Ella Anderson and Howard Makle (Sonny); her grandson Gregory Briscoe, Jr.; her parents-in-law, George Anderson and Mary Briscoe; her son-in-law Mark Hart; her siblings-in-law, George Briscoe, James Butler, George Proctor, Harry Todd, Lloyd Price, Matthew Ford, Catherine Makle, Ruth Price and Octavia Briscoe; and her nieces and nephews, Robert Briscoe, Vincent Proctor, Roscoe Makle, Rodney Ford, Clifton Butler, Stanley Price, Sr., Vincent Chase, Loretta Briscoe and Nikko Price.
She is survived by : her husband Joseph Briscoe, Sr.; her children, Jacqueline Jackson (Joseph), Belinda Chase (Marvin), Philis Hart, Joseph Briscoe, Jr. (Tammy), Gregory Briscoe, Sr. (Charlene), Kevin Briscoe, Sr. (Crystal) and Jerod Briscoe; her sister Ernestine Coombs; and her siblings-in-law, Theresa Butler, Agnes Proctor, Mary Ford and James Briscoe. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
