It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anne Lorraine Martin Morgan of Indian Head, Maryland, born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on April 11, 2026, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Lee Anderson and Martha Lorraine Anderson (Bateman); her sister Janice Garner; and her niece Krysta Windsor. She is survived by: her sons, Robert Martin IV, Richard Martin and Anthony Martin; her grandchildren, Ryan, Katheryne and Robert V.; her sisters, Barbara Cook (Marshall) and Mary Windsor (Joe); her friend Lynn Windsor; and her brother-in-law Mark Garner. She is also survived by sixteen nieces and nephews, and many great nieces and nephews.
