He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Willett and Marie Willett of Nanjemoy, MD.; and his wife Mildred Shives Willett. He is survived by: his children, Gordon Willett (Barbara) of Ocala, FL and Nancy Hallock (Charles) of Accokeek, MD; his grandchildren, Virginia King (Tim), Michael Willett (Tiffany) and Melanie Hardin (James Jr.); and his great grandchildren, Kelly King, Megan King, Ashton Wegand, AJ Wegand, Aaron Hardin and Hailey Hardin.
