He is survived by: his parents, Warren Allison Bowie of Indian Head, Maryland. and Jeanne Robey Bowie of Indian Head, Maryland.; his sister Lauren Celeste Bowie of Indian Head; and his grandmother Mae Marie Bowie. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and several cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Episcopal Church of New York, 1047 Amsterdam Avenue, New York, NY 10025.
