He was predeceased by: his father John Wesley Lucas; and his siblings, John Adrian Lucas, Jerome Andrew Lucas and Jean Avis Gloster. He is survived by: his mother Vivian Jeannette Lucas; and his siblings, Charles Allen Lucas, Christopher Henry Lucas, Faith Elizabeth Lucas and Ina Vivian Lucas.
