She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Sr. Thompson and Carrie Thompson; her son Henry Jr.; her husband Henry Gronau Sr.; her mother-in-law Margarete; her siblings, Raymond and Alonda; and her nephews, Joseph, Jerame and Joshua.
She is survived by: her daughters, Anytra (Mathis), Carytta (Louis) and Lyzette (Christopher); her daughter-in-law Shadonna; her grandchildren, Keyon, Kylah, Ayden, Cameron, Angel and Jeremy; and her sisters, Mary (Alan) and Donna (James). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
