It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emma Lou Baldwin (Indian Head, Maryland), born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on August 8, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Roy Cornelius Prebble; her siblings, Mary Baldwin, Reid Prebble, Kathrine Martin, James "Jimmy" Prebble, Roy Prebble, Dorothy Prebble, Judy Wheeler and Heath Ingle; her husband Edward McPherson Baldwin, Sr.; her son Edward McPherson Baldwin, Jr.; and her granddaughter Lisa Dovall.

She is survived by: her children, Barbara Lee Bryant and David Joseph Baldwin; her son-in-law John Mark Bryant Sr.; her grandchildren, Douglas Baldwin, Richard Berg Zsakany, Jr., Tina Tapp, Dawn Cooperstein, John Mark Bryant, Jr., Crystal Amber Curasi, Holly Ridgell, Mary Ann Baldwin, Amy Elizabeth Bryant and David Joesph Baldwin, Jr.; and her great grandchildren, Cleo Dovall, Mitchell Baldwin, Rebekkah Baldwin, Summer Tapp, Zoe Tapp, Gabriella Zsakany, Matty Ridgell, Stanley Jackson, Jamison Bryant and Hailey Goad.
