With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Faye May Davis of Indian Head, Maryland, born in Gering, Nebraska, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Faye left this world on August 9, 2025 at the age of 98, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard May and Nettie May; her husband George William Davis; and her siblings, Hazel Oellerich, Ruthie Stroud, Shirley Dixon and Earl "Buddy" May.
She is survived by: her daughter Cynthia "Cyndie" Faye Imler (Harry); her grandchildren, Stacy Dawn Reedal (Michael) and Troy William Imler; her great grandchildren, Hunter Davis Rose, William Stanley Imler, Wyatt Bharry Imler and Scarlett Wren Imler; her sisters, Bernice Keyte, Bellevue and Phyllis Miketey; and her brother-in-law William Dixon (Hastings). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be sent in her honor to the Marbury Church of God, 4825 Bicknell Road, Marbury, Maryland 20658 or to the Tenth District Volunteer Fire Department, 7035 Poor House Road, Indian Head, Maryland 20640.
