She was predeceased by: her parents, Lola Collazo and Ismael Tirado; her husband Jaime Cruz; her son Jaime Cruz Jr.; her grandson Anthony David; and her siblings, Iris, Delia, Norma and Ismael Jr..

She is survived by: her children, Bill, Margie and Brenda; her grandchildren, Katherine, Billy, Jacob, Jenny, Michael, Lisa, Christina, Stephanie, Alex and Sierra; and her brother Pedro. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
