He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis A. Ragland and Ann C. Ragland; and his brothers, Anthony Branson and Rodney Ragland. He is survived by: his cousin Jeffery; his children, Jeff, Diamon, Kashira, Karneisha and Kamari; and his siblings, Andoria, Sheila (Robert) and Gregory. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren, Nephews; a Niece, and a host of cousins and friends.
