He is survived by: his wife Sarah "Sally"; his sons, Kenneth, John (Jennifer), Keith (Debra) and Kirby (Amy); his sister Gloria Jean Milton; and his grandson Keith, Jr.. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren; and other cherished nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
