He is survived by: his wife Leona Slaybaugh (Pair); his children, Laura Dewey (Chris), Lindsay Ruehl (Charles), Leslie Slaybaugh (Jessica Kennedy), Michael Haiden (Amber Haiden), Shannan Williams (Kenneth), Joshua Haiden and Zachary Haiden (Brittany Haiden); and his siblings, Lynda and Chris. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
