He was predeceased by: his son Isaac Blake. He is survived by: his nephew Nwabudike; his partner's children, Damian, Isaac and Rachel; his children, Damian Blake and Rachel Blake; his daughter-in-law Stephanie Blake; his siblings, Clotilde Blake and Brian Blake; his grandchildren, Anna, Elizabeth, Alexander, Mahala, Ronan and Sean; and his great grandchildren, Pierce and Oliver.
