Harley; his friend Tayala Carroll; his children, Jamya, Nyjae, Ja'lah, Ryenn Harley, Paul and Chance Harley; his siblings, Shemika, Tylese Carroll, Jerry Harley, Gary Harley and Stephen Clements; his godmother Kimberly Chisley; his goddaughters, Jada Proctor and Rayne Key; and his niece Shonntele Johnson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
