He is survived by: his significant other Shelia Wallace; his children, Paul Richard Ward Jr. (Denise) of La Porte and Kizzy Monica Lucas (Delvin) of Riverside; his stepson Raymond Wallace (Latisha) of Waldorf, Maryland; and his sister Mary Louise Fields of Fort Wayne, Indiana. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.
