She is survived by: her husband Ramon Carter Sr.; her children, Ramon Carter Jr. and Gail Carter; her grandchildren, Randy Carter, Jennifer Carter and Christina Carter; and her great grandchildren, Adrian Carter, Jameson Carter and Jocelyn Carter.
