He is survived by: his wife Theresa; his daughters, Karen Mae, Valerie Lynn and Erin Marie; and his grandchildren, Victoria, Samantha, Hailey, Katelynn, Taylor, Callie, Kenton and Nolan. He is also survived by three daughters, his brother, and eight beloved grandchildren.
