He is survived by: his wife Sandra Hlopak (Norman); his daughters, Lori Janicki of Forest Hill and Catherine Hlopak of St. Augustine, Florida; and his brother Michael Hlopak. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-granddaughter.
