She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond Leon Moser; her parents, John Otha and Viola Lelah Cline (Michael); her daughter Linda Carol Moser; and her siblings, Ray Cline, William Cline and Doris Cline.
She is survived by: her daughter Shirley Ann Barker. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Stauffer Funeral Homes (1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, MD 21702).
