We are sad to announce that on May 21, 2026, at the age of 79, Paul Anthony Kerr of Jefferson, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edwin Kerr and Louise Ward Kerr Coury; his wife Jane Frazier Kerr; his stepchildren, Bradley W. Teagle and Denise E. Flynn; and his brother-in-law David M. Frazier.
He is survived by: his friend Phil Mizell of Maryville, TN; his pet Gypsy; his friends, Dr. Bob and Bill Wilson; his son Jasen Daniel Kerr (U. S. Marine); his sister Jane Ward Bottom (Kerr) of Apopko, FL; his nephew Brandan Bottom (Kimberly Lyn Bottom); his sister-in-law Linda P. Frazier (Shuyee Kerr); and his grandchildren, Audrey T. Kerr, Shamus T. Kerr and Liam T. Kerr.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 13th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Stauffer Funeral Home (1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, MD 21702).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made in memory of Paul to the Wounded Warriors Project or to a charity of your choosing.
