Steven Coblentz (Theresa) and Jackie Ratliff (David); his grandchildren, Garrett, Thatch, Caidyn Ratliff and Elaine Coblentz; his brothers, James Coblentz (Ellen) and Allen Coblentz (Joyce); and his cousin Mitchell Boyer.
