He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy "Sam" Jacob Horner and Florence Katherine Horner (Chipley); and his brother Samuel Horner. He is survived by: his wife Barbara E. Horner; his children, Tamara Smith, Ronda Winn (Mike), Douglas Horner (Lisa) and Bradley Horner (Virginia); his sister Lavanna Nester (Franklin); and his nephew Deacon Darrell Smith. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
