He was predeceased by: his parents, James Phillip Huggins and Beverly James; his girlfriend Brenda Louise Miller; and his siblings, James Albert Huggins (Bo), Donna Marie Hayes, Margaret Catherine Baker (Cathy) and Pamela Samuels (Pammy).
He is survived by: his children, Harley Huggins (Heather), Jeffrey Huggins, Meghan Huggins, Tamara Huggins, Edward Huggins (Tanya) and Stacy Huggins; his grandchildren, Cameron Huggins, Eric Franco Jr., Arianna Franco, Elijah, Ava Calhoun, Sarai and Amira Huggins; and his siblings, Charles Thomas Huggins (Patsy) of Belhaven and Betty Jean Blaschak (Steve) of Cocoa, Florida. He is also survived by numerous aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the Wheaton Moose Lodge 2901 (2901 Bel Pre Rd, Silver Spring, MD 20906).
