It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Joyce Harris (Joppa, Maryland), born in Whittier, North Carolina, who passed away on July 13, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Betty Joyce may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Betty Joyce touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. She was predeceased by: her parents, Louise Hudson and Frank Kinsland; and her spouse Vester Harris. She is survived by: her children, Renee Kelley, Debbie Knott (Mike), Lorrie Brown (Sam), Faye Belcher (Bob) and Steve Harris; and her brother Wade Kinsland. She is also survived by three grandchildren, three great grandchildren.
