She was predeceased by : her parents, Fred T. and Mary L. Starks; and her sister Kathern L. Simons. She is survived by : her spouse Vearl C. Crouse; her children, James C. Crouse (Tina), Tammy L. Shifflett (Marty) and Carolyn M. Crouse; and her siblings, Linda C. Hughes and Fredie A. Starks. She is also survived by Eight grandchildren, six great grandchildren and many close nieces and nephews.
