She is survived by: her husband Fred Mullins; her children, Charlie F. Mullins (Abby) and Lexy J. Mullins; her siblings, Linda Curtis (Steven), Deborah Forbes (Tom) and Mark Breman (Beth); and her mother-in-law Shirley Morrison.
