He was predeceased by: his wife Donna Ellen DeHaven; his parents, Robert DeHaven and Veronica DeHaven; and his siblings, Donald DeHaven, Daniel DeHaven, Benjamin DeHaven, Thomas DeHaven, Helen Lang, Patrick DeHaven, William DeHaven (Billy) and Robert DeHaven.
He is survived by: his daughters, Theresa Stafford DeHaven and Juanita Bland (Karl); his sister Jeanie Brown; and his grandson Brent Avery Stafford. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Dementia Society.
