She was predeceased by: her husband Steve Heffner; her son Gary Heffner; and her brother Richard Huntzberry. She is survived by: her daughter Janet Kaetzel of Sharpsburg, MD; her granddaughter Catherine Culler (Bronwyn Miller) of Keedysville, MD; her great grandchildren, Ciana Morgan-Tobery (Riannon) and DeLyn Morgan (Kaylee West); her grandson Garrett Culler (Jessica) of Mercersburg, PA; her great grandchildren, Marissa, Mariah and Maribel; her siblings, June Wagner, Tillie Rhinehart and Ronald Huntzberry; her caregiver Michelle Howerton; Lee Heffner. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
