He was predeceased by: his parents, William Eugene Tall Sr. and Julia Ann Tall (Hungerford). He is survived by: his wife Judith "Kacie" Tall; his son David Tall (Alison); his grandsons, Evan and Eric Tall; his sisters, Carol Livanis (Spyro) and Laurie Tall; and his niece Alexis Livanis.
