It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen Ann Oxenburg of Kensington, Maryland, born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on November 16, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Eugene Edwards and Catherine Croggon Edwards; and her great-grandparent Marian Croggon. She is survived by : her husband Jim Oxenburg; her children, Daniel Oxenburg (Gladys) and Ginger Bowers (Daniel); her siblings, Nancy Edwards, Ronald Edwards and Eugene Edwards (Christine); and her grandsons, Joshua Lynch and Daniel Oxenburg.
