She was predeceased by: her husband Roger William Devilbiss; her parents, Merle Horatio and Aimee Garrett (Altland); her daughter-in-law Shana Devilbiss; and her siblings, Raymond, Philip, Franklin Garrett and Martha J. Cooper.
She is survived by: her son Rodney William Devilbiss of Phoenix, AZ; and her sister Joanne B. Morrison of Taneytown, MD. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
