With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Georgette Reifsnider of Keymar, Maryland, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Georgette left this world on June 19, 2025 at the age of 97, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Ashbaugh and George Ashbaugh; her husband Glenn W. Reifsnider; and her children, Douglas Reifsnider and Sheila Robertson.
She is survived by: her son G. Wayne Reifsnider (Cathy Gesell); her children-in-law, Tom Robertson and Cindy Reifsnider; her grandchildren, Clint Reifsnider, Lara Stambaugh, Heidi Garrett, Rhiannon Day and Brennan Robertson; and her great grandchildren, Kaitlin Stambaugh, Grace Stambaugh, Kayla Reifsnider, Isabella Reifsnider, Emma Reifsnider, Ford Garrett, Colton Garrett, Aliceson Day, Caden Day and Landen Day.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Myers-Durboraw Funeral Home (136 E Baltimore St, Taneytown, MD 21787). Viewing will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calendar Grace United Church of Christ (49 W Baltimore St, Taneytown, MD 21787). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Grace United Church of Christ of Taneytown in Georgette's name.
