She is survived by: her parents, Bernard Anthony and Barbara Anthony (Clarke); her husband Shawn Carey; her grandmother Carey; her sons, Lewis Paul Johnson, Jr. of Pennsylvania and Cody Lewis of Thurmont; and her siblings, Deborah Norris, Bernard Anthony, Jr., Diane Freed, Kimberly Culp, Steven Anthony and Kenneth Anthony.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Stauffer Funeral Home (1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, MD 21702).
