She was predeceased by: her parents, Constanti Czaplicki and Vera Czaplicki; and her husband James Vincent Costa. She is survived by: her children, Christopher Costa, Susan Savino (Cosimo) and Stacey Bounasissi; her grandchildren, Dominic, Vincent, Gabrielle Bounasissi, Nicholas and Cheyenne Savino; and her great grandchild Giovanna.
