David Horton Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Horton (Kingsville, Maryland), who passed away on October 17, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Cheryl L. Horton; his daughters, Barbara Gephardt (Eric) and Diane Pfeifer (Ryan); and his grandchildren, Lucas Gephardt, Hunter and Alyssa Pfeifer.

Funeral services will be held at Calvary Lutheran Church, 2625 E. Northern Parkway, Baltimore, MD 21214 on Thursday, October 21, 2021, at 12:00 pm with viewing from 11:30- 12pm (face masks are required to enter the building).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Calvary Lutheran Church or the Kaufmann Cancer Center at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center, 500 Upper Chesapeake Drive, Bel Air, MD 21014.

“I worked with Dave over the years at Social Security and met him again when my husband started working with Dave at Rocky Point Golf Course. Dave was a really great guy and Ed and I send our sincere condolences and pray that God comforts your hearts at this time.”
