He is survived by: his wife Phylis Seman; his children, Mitchell Seman (Nicole) and Rachel Seman; his grandchildren, Grady, Spencer and Parker; his brothers, Joseph Seman (Marion), Paul Seman and Greg Seman (Beverly); his brother-in-law Kenneth Shamleffer (Debbie); and his nieces and nephews, Derek (Dawn), Amy, Jason (Justina), Dana, Danielle (Angelo), Kevin (Lexi), Michael and Jeremiah.

A masonic service was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 at 8:00 PM at the E. F. Lassahn Funeral Home (11750 Belair Rd, Kingsville, MD 21087). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
