He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Dixon and Bessie Dixon; his wife Patricia Ann Dixon; and his brothers, Paul Dixon and Robert Dixon.
He is survived by: his children, Thomas Dixon, Jr. of Pleasantville, MD and Sandra Arnold (Tim) of Spring Hill, FL. He is also survived by six grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home (256 Halltown Rd, Harpers Ferry, WV 25425). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
