She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Downs and Nellie Downs; her husband William Taylor (Bill); and her siblings, Joseph Downs, Mary Smeal and Francis Elford.
She is survived by: her children, Sherry Beach (Steve) of Mechanicsville and Michael Taylor of Chaptico; her grandchildren, Stephen, Erika, Billy and Kait; and her sister Catherine Davis of Farnham.
