She was predeceased by: her parents, George E. Bland and Hazel Brock Bland; her husband Ralph Huiras; and her sister Patricia Dee Tagert. She is survived by: her sibling's children, Jamie Garris (Eugene), Jimmy Tagert (Brandy) and Joey Tagert; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Joshua Garris, Luke Garris, Hattie Garris, Cayden Tagert, Carter Tagert, Hailey Tagert and Hannah Tagert.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Paul's Episcopal Church (4535 Piney Church Rd, Waldorf, MD 20602).
