He is survived by : his wife Sherrie Taylor (Leonard); his children, Christine (Agustin) and Charles E. Taylor, III of Mary's County, MD; his brothers, Timothy R. Taylor and Rev. Neil F. Taylor; and his grandchildren, Ruth Taylor, Theresa Taylor, Jeremiah Taylor, Noel Taylor, Juana Taylor, Agustin Brito (Auggy), Manual Brito (Manny), Zachary Gray, Byron Taylor and Autumn Taylor.
