With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Irma June Cleary Cockerham of La Plata, Maryland, born in Marbury, Maryland, who passed away on April 3, 2024 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Carson M. Cockerham; her parents, Nora Wright Cleary and James Michael Cleary; and her siblings, James Cleary (Sonny), Agnes Cleary Wood, Eileen Cleary Wright and Madolyn Cleary Steinhauser.

She is survived by : her children, Gregory Carson Cockerham (Delores Ann) and Deborah June Reitz (Earl Jacob); her grandchildren, Karen Michelle Reitz Wood (Landon Milstead), Steven Michael Reitz (Brittany) and Joshua Allen Cockerham (Jessica); and her great grandchildren, Makenzie Brooke Wood, Caleb Joseph Cockerham, Daisy June Reitz and Carson Robert Cockerham. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, and cousins.
