He is survived by: his daughters, Lesley Ramona Black Harris and Natalie Mary Black Allard (Robert); his wife Ramona Phillips Black (Black); his grandchildren, Courtney Stankovich (Jeffrey), Robert Owen Allard III (Katelyn) and Jacob Ronald Allard (Bethany); and his great grandchildren, Skylar Emily Stankovich, Savannah Ellen Stankovich, Eleanor Jane Allard and Robert Owen Allard, IV.
