She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph W. Snell and Aldyth Snell (Marks); her husband Ernest L. Hepler Sr.; and her siblings, Claire Plumblee (Garret), Thomas Snell (Joanne Brandon) and Joseph Snell Jr. (Grace Ann Carefoot).
She is survived by: her children, Ernest L. (Carol Skinner), Barbara K. King (Richard) and Fredrick W.. She is also survived by five grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and 11 great-great grandchildren.
A reception will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Raymond Funeral Chapel (5635 Washington Ave, La Plata, MD 20646).
