With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Matthew Timothy Simpson (La Plata, Maryland), born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on February 29, 2024 at the age of 39. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his father Thomas Raymond Simpson Jr.. He is survived by : his mother Katie O'Malley-Simpson; and his siblings, Molly Reip (Brian), Megan Donnick (Dan) and Andrew Simpson (Sook Fan). He is also survived by aunts and uncles, and five nieces and nephews.

The family welcomes memorial contributions in memory of Matthew to the non-profit Help for Pets, 16400 Wilkerson Place, Brandywine, MD 20613.
