She is survived by: her children, Susan Smith (Joe), Debra Fikejs (Dennis), Mark Stephens (Pamela) and Douglas Stephens II (Anna); her grandchildren, Joseph (Heather), Daniel (Ginny), Rachael (Christopher), Grady, Jonathan (Jessica), Brandon, Nicole (Takuma), Joel, Gabe (Yesenia), Alexa (Cody), Mikalya, Alaina, Nathan, Jason and Angelo; and her great grandchildren, Mackenzie (Brian), Ainsley, Max, Jordan (Maya), Camryn, Payton, Brennan, Clayton, Jeslyn, Logan, Madison, Kyle, Kallie, Xander and Juliana.
