He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Francis Stevens and Sadie Ford Stevens; his daughter Iris Stevens; his siblings, Catherine Bell and James Keeler; and his siblings-in-law, Wayne Bell, Dennis Dickerson and Marie Keeler.
He is survived by: his fiancée Nancy Dunsmore; his children, Carol Lloyd, Mary "Betty", Robert Stevens and Patrick Stevens; and his sister Roberta Dickerson. He is also survived by grandchildren; great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Raymond Funeral Service (5635 Washington Ave, La Plata, MD 20646). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
