She is survived by: her parents, Paul Smith (Reedless) and Thelma Smith; her husband Michael; her daughter Hailey; her sister Geri (Danny); her aunts and uncles, Ann, Maurine, Christine (Jennings), Debra (J. R.), Denny and Maurice; her nephews, Bobby and Scotty; her niece Brittany; and her cousins, Brenda, Keith, Shane, Kurt, Kenny, Roger, Jason, Matthew and Wendy.
