It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thelma Windsor Cease of La Plata, Maryland, who passed away on October 7, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, William Albert and Pansy Violet Windsor (Hutchinson); her husband Richard "Dick" Dennis Cease; and her sister Joyce Ann Thorne. She is survived by : her children, Kathy Robinson (Bob) of Annapolis, MD, Valerie Day (late Rick) of La Plata, MD, Dennis Cease (Deborah) of Southport, NC and Bill Cease (Michelle) of Colonial Beach, VA; and her grandchildren, Larry Robinson (Meghan Robinson), Rick Day (Marcella Day), Garrett Cease (Justin Cease) and Ryan Cease (Todd Cease). She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
